LaserPro Aesthetics Cancellation Policy

Information for clients and patients regarding our Deposit/Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy. (Effective October 2023 onwards). 

At LaserPro Aesthetics, we always aim to be as accommodating as possible to our clients, however, due to the high volume and popularity of the treatments we offer, we do operate a formal Deposit/Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other clients.

We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment, without causing an issue for either clinic diary, we will try to do so.

However, because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 48 hours, we have taken the decision to institute a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Where late cancellations are notified (including failing to attend without notification) with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will retain your deposit or deduct a treatment from a course of prepaid treatments.

Deposits & Booking Fees

A deposit/booking fee will be taken when booking any treatment at LaserPro Aesthetics . 

This payment will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment so on the day, you will simply pay your balance upon completion of your appointment.

Consultation fees will be refunded if no treatment is able to go ahead due to medical grounds/contraindications decided by the practitioner or when a client provides a valid medical letter. Otherwise these fees will be redeemed against the proposed treatment plan booked as a result of the consultation.

You must notify us either via telephone or email (outside of opening hours) if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48-hours in order for your deposit to be rescheduled to a new appointment date. We will only move an appointment booking fee/deposit to a new date ONCE. Further rescheduling (regardless of notification period) to move the same booking repeatedly will result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit.

Appointment Reminders

We are here to help you manage your appointments and make sure you are reminded with enough notice 

To help our clients minimize the chance of losing their deposit or treatments from their courses, we do send out text reminders a minimum of 24 hours ahead of appointments although occasionally, due to technical circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible and clients should therefore not rely on a text reminder.

We also send out email reminders 2 days prior to all appointments to allow clients fair warning in case rescheduling is required.
